Time To Burn Off Your Thanksgiving Dinner
Thanksgiving is finally over and I don’t really know how to feel. I miss the food but I’m not too happy with the extra three pounds I added on. The gym was ridiculously crowded this weekend by all the people trying to burn off the pounds of food they ate. I kept getting overlooked when waiting for the machines. I don’t know if people just didn’t see me waiting or because I was a plus size woman and ignored me. But I couldn’t go without a workout, I felt so heavy with all the fat I still hadn’t worked off. I drove back home, got to work and moved some stuff around in my living room to make space to workout. I put on my favorite workout DVD, “Work Out With A Big Attitude” and got to work. It was great. I could feel my body working, burning off the fat that I desperately wanted to go away. I didn’t even need to wear shoes with my plus size leggings because my floor is carpet. I was comfortable through the entire workout and I haven’t skipped a workout since. The workout was great and the environment even better. I really wish they made more workout videos for plus size women. It’s a lot easier for us to work out in the comfort of our home then take a drive to the gym where people aren’t always too friendly. If you aren’t taking yourself to the gym I highly suggest you buy a few workout videos targeted for plus size women.
