Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 21 days.  We will be glad to exchange itfor another size, another item, or issue you a refund, based on the following guidelines:

1.  All returns and exchanges must be madewithin 21 days.  Returns made after 21days will be subject to a $10 handling fee and will be issued a store credit.
2.  All items must be returned unworn(trying on is okay) and in original packaging. Tags, if attached, must be returned still attached.
3.  All Returns and Exchanges are inspectedby our Customer Service Department.  Werecommend you try on all apparel immediately upon receipt.  Please use care when trying on garments forfit.  Body lotions, oils, perfumes,deodorant, make up, and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled ordamaged and will be subject to a 35% cleaning fee, or may be refused ifreturned for refund or exchanged.
4.  We recommend using Priority Mail orUPS/FedEx for returns and exchanges.
5.  Refunds will be issued for the priceof the garment excluding shipping charges.
6.  We make every effort to processreturns and exchanges promptly. Exchanges are usually shipped and return credits are usually issuedwithin 10 days after your package is received.
7.  PLEASE INCLUDE IN RETURN PACKAGEPAPER THAT SAYS ITEM PURCHASED FROM PLUS SIZE CLOTHING DIRECT
